About The Prime Entity

Vanessa and I work together on the Community Day retreats. She is an Expressive Arts Therapist, artist, and educator whose background spans visual art, writing, dance, mindfulness, and music. She trained in expressive arts therapy with the Centre for Clinical and Educational Art Therapy (CECAT) in Sydney and now runs a private practice, teaches art, and works with NGOs while serving as co-founder and Director of Creative MindHealth Zimbabwe. A lifelong student, she recently completed an MSc in Psychology with Liverpool John Moores University and is an active member of several international art therapy and arts organisations.

Nelson and I share our music in the Ceremonial Sound gatherings. He is a media professional and music enthusiast with a strong background in journalism and media communication. He holds an undergraduate degree in Journalism, Media, and Broadcasting, and a master's degree in Media and Communication Studies from the University of Zimbabwe. With experience working with Diamond FM and Pachikomo FM, Nelson has honed his skills in media production and communication. He currently provides media coverage for musician Mbeu and The Mhodzi Tribe band. A skilled percussionist, Nelson plays traditional instruments like Mbira, Marimba, Ngoma, and Hosho, blending his passion for music with his media expertise.
